Steven Green began working constructing houses in Park City and Deer Valley in the mid 1990’s.  He has seen first-hand the tremendous growth in those areas.  By the early 2000’s, he had done so much on-site work that he began managing entire projects, from site planning and reviewing blueprints with the developer, to breaking ground, pouring the foundation all the way to the finishing touches-- many of which he personally handled.  Steve is an expert carpenter and hand built wooden ski benches and storage cubbies for the inside of many homes.  Steve is skilled in many trades and is effective at managing multiple projects.  His years of experience in Park City and Deer Valley lend a unique insight into the exclusive construction methods and various other details relating to building on the mountain.  There is almost nothing Steve can’t figure out and fix!

On his free time, he enjoys spending time with his little family, watching sports – especially football.  He’s an excellent cook- ‘’The Man’’ when it comes to smoking and barbecuing meats for gatherings of friends and family.

Tina Green’s bulk of working experience has been starting and running all administrative aspects of various businesses.  She’s especially adept at communication, organization, and accounting.  It’s all in the details and rarely are any missed!  She and Steve connected in 2010 and married in 2012.  They’ve founded a great partnership together both in business and in parenting.

Tina is very deeply dedicated to her family and friends.  Since becoming a parent, her true passion is creating a happy home and life for their little boy.  Whenever it’s possible to steal a moment of free time, you might find her practicing mindfulness and mediation.  She LOVES to read books, especially about personal development, psychology and quantum physics as she finds these subjects absolutely fascinating!!
